Hayden Herson-Hord

Hayden brings to HHH a wealth of experience and knowledge from a career in show jumping. He started out helping run his mother’s grass-roots riding school and developed riders from the ground up. In high school he started as a working student for Megan Gass-Jordan of Venture Farms and competed in his first Grand Prix at 18 aboard his horse Acclaim. He then found more opportunities piloting sales horses to the Grand Prix level.

Following his high school graduation, Hayden began his professional career with Oz Incorporated. Starting from the bottom and working his way up to assistant trainer, Hayden found his niche with young and problem horses, developing them into national champions. He also took a role in managing the 50 horses on property: designing programs,  schedules, and many times hauling the horses himself to shows. On top of that, Hayden built on his coaching skills, and helped his students develop a harmonious and confident relationship with their horses. Hayden and his students have recieved top placings at show venues like Spruce Meadows, Thunderbird, and Desert International Horse Park.

Hayden took a short break in 2020 to pursue other interests, but found himself back in the Hunter/Jumper community in Central Oregon. In partnership with Bronwyn, they opened HHH in 2025.

Bronwyn Richard

As a trainer's kid, it was inevitable for Bronwyn to live a life in the irons. Like Hayden, Bronwyn's mother also ran her own riding school. Bronwyn learned the ins-and-outs of a lesson program from an early age, which she built on as she continued her career.

She got her start in the rated pony divisions, making it to pony finals in 2012. After transitioning from ponies she spent a brief period in the equitation ring before finding her passion in the jumper ring. After graduating high school, She spent 2 summers as a working student in Ireland for Duffy Sporthorses where she found her affinity for producing top young horses. After completing her BA in Communications at WSU, she started a riding position at Wild Turkey Farm where she continued to work with quality young horses, preparing them for their long careers in the hunter and jumper disciplines. This position prepared her well to transition to a top training program as an assistant trainer: riding, coaching, and showing up and down the West Coast at some of the continent's premier show destinations.

In 2022, she took a break from riding professionally, pursuing a job in Social Media Strategy and Content Creation. In 2025, she decided to jump back in, partnering with Hayden to open HHH Show Jumping.
